One of chef's favorite deserts is boiled halvas. It is a traditional Greek pudding made with semolina.

Ingredients:
1200 gr water
200gr butter
1 orange blended
500 gr coarse semolina
1 vanilla
Mastic
900 gr sugar
Optional cinnamon for sprinkling
Execution
• Place all the ingredients in a saucepan except for the coarse semolina and wait for it to boil
• As soon as it starts to boil add the coarse semolina and stir until it all blends into one
• Remove from heat and place in trays of your own liking
• Leave in fridge until it sets
