Cypriot nights at the Aliathon Holiday Village - A taste of our culture through a feast

Every Saturday night Pantheon Restaurant's yard changes and a feast comes alive  for all of our guest to learn about our customs and traditions.



The sounds of Bouzouki ,our dance group with their traditional  costumes  and our singers takes us to another era where we can experience Cyprus culture even for a while.



 

Our executive chef  Nikos Striligas is adding to our Cypriot nights the traditional tastes from Greece and Cyprus with seftalies, souvlakia, pitta bread ,sountzoukakia and pastitsio and of course the famous loukoumades with honey or chocolate cooked  right in front of your eyes!!












The night always ends with our guests dancing all together ,having fun and becoming friends while they are  tasting our local flavors and that is what Cypriot people call a FEAST !!!
