Here at Aliathon Holiday Village in Paphos we try our best to keep our staff motivated and alert with new innovations and trends within the industry. One way we achieve this is through training!!! Last week we had a three day seminar by Professor Dimitrios Buhalis from Bournemouth University.
We spoke about new trends for tourism, innovations in marketing and social media and of course remembering how important our hospitality is. We had brainstorming sessions and we are putting together a lot of new events, experiences and innovations! We are here to make our guests stay as memorable and relaxing as possible!!!!
