Ingredients
Chicken fillet (stripes) 500gr
Garlic (1 teaspoon)
Soy sauce (1 table spoon)
Fresh Ginger (1 tea spoon)
Salt-pepper
Yoghurt 150gr
Honey (1 table spoon)
Carrots 2
Celery (2 sticks)
Oil (1 table spoon)
Cooking Procedure
First marinate the chicken with garlic, ginger, salt and pepper
Cut the carrots and the celery in small pieces and place them in a small bowl
Third Sauté the chicken in the pan until well browned and then add
the above vegetables for a few minutes.
Finally remove the pan from the kitchen hob and add the soy sauce,
yoghurt and the honey. Mix them very well and the chicken is ready!
